Urgent calls & planned work

Heating, cooling & heat pumps

In January the no-heat call gets through. In April the heat-pump quote arrives with the house, the current system and the photos you need.

What your customers need to do

What customers check when it is too cold — or too hot.

  • Call when there is no heat
  • Book a maintenance visit
  • Request a heat-pump quote
  • Check your service area
  • Check your licence
  • Do it in French or English

Example site

Closest structure: Plomberie Exemple

It is a plumbing demo, but a heating and cooling company needs the same skeleton: a line for no-heat calls, a request form for installations and maintenance, and the area you serve. Your site keeps that structure, with your equipment, your seasons and your words.

Service area first, an honest emergency line, and a two-step quote form built from the questions asked on the phone.

A Cooblink concept demo with a fictional name — not a client. Its buttons show what would happen; nothing is sent.

What we build · Heating & cooling

No-heat calls, tune-ups and new systems.

  • Two doors

No heat is not a quote

A dead furnace in February goes to a line with the hours you answer; a new system for next summer goes through the form.

  • Quote form

The house and the system, described

Current heating, ducts or not, floor area, the age of the equipment and photos of the units — what you need before you quote a heat pump.

  • Maintenance

    Tune-ups, booked in your software

If your service software takes online bookings, the maintenance button leads there. Repairs and installations stay on the request form.

Two doors

Urgent calls and planned work, kept apart.

No heat, no cooling

Only if you take urgent calls: one number, the hours it is answered and the checks you want people to try first.

  • Tap to call from every page
  • Answering hours stated — never “24/7” unless it is true
  • The first checks you approve, such as the thermostat and the breaker

Installs & maintenance

New systems and replacements go through a request form; maintenance visits go to online booking, if you offer it.

  • The house and the current system asked first
  • Photos of the units optional, on step two
  • A request, not a confirmed visit or price

Four seasons

One site, every season.

The work turns with the weather. The first screen can say which season you are in — only with what you really do then.

  • Cooling check-ups

Air conditioners and heat pumps get their pre-summer service; the form asks for the model and the last visit.

  • Breakdowns and installs

Cooling calls during heat waves, and installations booked before fall.

  • Heating tune-ups

Furnaces and heat pumps get ready for winter; the maintenance booking leads the page.

  • No-heat calls

The service line comes first, with the hours you answer and what to check while waiting.

The request form

What a good heating and cooling request asks

Enough to tell a repair from a replacement before you call back.

  • Ducts in the houseYes, no, not sure

Keep your service and maintenance software.

We link your site to them and make each step clearer. We don’t rebuild them, and nothing here implies a partnership with any provider.

Québec

Licences and refrigerant rules, stated plainly.

  • Your RBQ licence number

Québec’s Building Act requires contractors to show their RBQ licence number on their website, business social media, ads, quotes and invoices, written “RBQ licence: XXXX-XXXX-XX”. Members of the Corporation des maîtres électriciens du Québec or the Corporation des maîtres mécaniciens en tuyauterie du Québec are exempt: their corporation’s logo identifies them. We publish the number you confirm — never the RBQ logo, which contractors may not display.

  • Refrigerant work needs an attestation

Québec’s Halocarbons Regulation reserves installing, servicing and repairing refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment that runs on a halocarbon — and charging or recovering its refrigerant — to people holding an environmental qualification attestation, which they carry and show on request. If your technicians hold it, the site says so in those words. We never turn it into a badge.

  • French, as complete pages

The service line, the maintenance button, the request form and its confirmation all exist in French — written, then reviewed before launch.

Questions

Can the site list government rebates for heat pumps?

Only with the program’s official page, its conditions and the date we checked it — re-checked before launch. Programs change, and an out-of-date amount misleads the customer.

Can customers book maintenance online?

Yes, if your service software offers it — we link to it. Repairs and new systems go through the request form, because you need details first.

Can we show the brands we install?

In words, yes, if you install them. Manufacturer logos and dealer badges only when your agreement with the manufacturer allows it, and you show us.

Do you guarantee more calls?

No. We make the path clearer and measure calls, bookings and requests. The volume depends on your market, your reputation and your prices.

Ready for a website customers actually use?

Tell us about your business and the one thing customers should be able to do. We reply with a next step — never a sales sequence.
