Measurement and cookies
This site uses no advertising, remarketing or session-recording tools, and sets no cookies for analytics. If aggregate page statistics are enabled, they come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.
Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site and the form from abuse.
Where it is processed
The site and our form system run on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Form submissions are recorded in our form system’s database and sent to our business inbox by an email service provider. Some of these services process data outside Québec, including in the United States. We assess these transfers before relying on a provider.
Who sees it
The people at Cooblink who answer your request, and the service providers listed above acting on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to marketing emails without your separate, explicit consent.
How long we keep it
We keep a request as long as needed to answer it and, if it becomes a project, for our business and tax records. Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Withdraw your consent or ask us to stop using it.
- Ask us to delete it when we no longer need it.
- Complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec if you are not satisfied with our answer.
