How we work

Five steps, no surprises.

The same five steps on every project. Each one says what you give, what you get and roughly when — and nothing starts before the scope is written down.

The five steps

Facts → Path → Build → Launch → Learn.

  1. Days 1–3

    Step 1 · Facts

We confirm what is true — hours, services, prices, licences and the photos you own. Nothing is published from memory.

    You give
    Your public links and facts
    You get
    A written fact sheet
  2. Week 1

    Step 2 · Path

We choose the one action each page must produce, then agree scope, price and exclusions in writing.

    You give
    One decision-maker
    You get
A fixed quote and page plan
  3. Weeks 1–3

    Step 3 · Build

You review a private, working preview in both languages. Feedback is gathered in two focused revision windows.

    You give
    Feedback, twice
    You get
A preview link, not a slide deck
  4. Weeks 2–4

    Step 4 · Launch

We launch into accounts registered to you and test the action end to end: a real request, in both languages, received by a named person.

    You give
    Account access you can revoke
    You get
Your domain, hosting, files and access
  5. Within the warranty

    Step 5 · Learn

After launch we look at what customers actually did — calls, requests, directions — and write down what we can and cannot measure yet.

    You give
    Nothing new
    You get
    A short post-launch note

Revisions

Two rounds, one decision-maker.

Feedback comes in two focused rounds instead of a stream of messages, and one person approves. Changes outside the written scope are quoted before anyone starts them.

Counts as a revision

  • Wording, order and emphasis on agreed pages
  • Swapping approved photos
  • Adjusting the agreed form’s questions
  • Fixing anything that does not match the approved facts

Is new work

  • A page that was not in the scope
  • A new language, platform or integration
  • A redesign after approval
  • Anything after the two windows — C$95/hour, 30-minute minimum

Warranty

90 days of defect coverage.

For 90 days after launch, we fix technical defects in what we built.

Covered

  • A form that stops submitting
  • A layout that breaks on a supported phone or browser
  • A link we built that fails
  • A language switch that loses the page

Not covered

  • New content, menus or prices
  • Changes on third-party platforms
  • Problems caused by edits made outside our work
  • Requests after 90 days — quoted normally

Handoff

What you hold at launch.

  • The domain, registered to you
  • The hosting account, in your name
  • The site files and their history
  • An access list: who can change what
  • Plain-language notes on updating hours, prices and photos
  • The measurement setup and where to read it

French

How French is handled.

English and French are written as two complete paths — pages, forms, errors, confirmation messages and emails. French is reviewed by a Québec reviewer before launch; until then it is labelled as a draft and kept out of search. If a platform you use cannot display French, we tell you before we build around it.
