Scope and quotes

Work starts only after you accept a written scope listing what is included, what is not, the price and the timeline. Public prices are on the Pricing page, in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes (GST and QST where applicable).

Payment

• Presence Blueprint: paid before the diagnosis starts. If you accept a build within the validity period stated on your Blueprint, its full price is credited to that build.
• Founding Bilingual Launch: C$249 to start and C$250 on acceptance of the launched site.
• Other projects: the schedule written in your quote.
• Monthly Content & Care: billed monthly, cancellable with 30 days’ notice.

Revisions and extra work

Projects include two focused revision windows, approved by one decision-maker. Work outside the written scope is quoted before it starts, at C$95 per hour with a 30-minute minimum.

Warranty

For 90 days after launch, we fix technical defects in what we built — for example a form that stops submitting or a layout that breaks on a supported device. The warranty does not cover new content, changes to third-party platforms, or problems caused by edits made outside our work.

Ownership

Your domain, hosting account and profiles are registered to you. Once the project is paid in full, you own the content and design produced for you. We keep our general tools, components and know-how, and grant you a permanent licence to use them as part of your site.

Third-party platforms

Booking, ordering, payment and hosting platforms are provided by their own companies under their own terms and prices. We name them before work starts; we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

No guarantees of results

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales or recommendations by search or AI systems. We commit to the written scope and to fixing defects in it.

Showing your project

We never show your name, images or results publicly without your written permission, given separately for each.

Cancellation

You can stop a project at any time. You pay for work completed up to that point; files produced and paid for are handed over. A delivered Presence Blueprint is not refundable.

Liability

Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
