Project quotes

Renovation & contractors

Homeowners see what you build and where, then send a project request with budget, timing and photos — before the first call.

What your customers need to do

What homeowners check before they ask for a quote.

  • See the projects you take
  • Check your area
  • Check your RBQ licence
  • Request a project quote
  • Ask about timing
  • Do it in French or English

Example site

A quote-first structure, ready for renovation.

Closest structure: Plomberie Exemple

It is a plumbing demo, but its structure is the one your trade needs: the area you serve, a staged quote form and a clear reply promise. Your site keeps that structure, with your own services, photos and words.

Service area first, an honest emergency line, and a two-step quote form built from the questions asked on the phone.

Project pages and a request you can price.

  • Project types

One page per kind of project

Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions — only the work you actually take on, with your own photos when you hold the rights.

  • Project quote

    A request you can price

Project type, rough size, budget range, timing and plans or photos — asked before you drive out.

  • Service area

The area you serve, in words

Boroughs and towns listed as text, so a homeowner outside your area knows before writing.

The request form

What a good project request asks

The questions that let you price a visit — or decline politely — before anyone drives out.

Example formExample
  • Project typeKitchen, bathroom, basement…
  • Location (postal code)
  • Approximate sizeRoom or square feet
  • Budget range
  • Timing and flexibility
  • Occupied during the work?
  • Plans or photos (listed now, sent later)

Example only. A request, not a quote: the contractor replies with next steps and any visit needed.

Platforms

Keep your estimating and project software.

We link your site to them and make each step clearer. We don’t rebuild them, and nothing here implies a partnership with any provider.

We connect

  • Your inbox or CRM
  • Estimating or project-management software
  • Calendar booking for site visits
  • Your Google Business Profile

Québec

Your RBQ licence, and photos with permission.

  • Your RBQ licence number

Québec’s Building Act requires contractors to show their RBQ licence number on their website, business social media, ads, quotes and invoices, written “RBQ licence: XXXX-XXXX-XX”. Members of the Corporation des maîtres électriciens du Québec or the Corporation des maîtres mécaniciens en tuyauterie du Québec are exempt: their corporation’s logo identifies them. We publish the number you confirm — never the RBQ logo, which contractors may not display.

  • French, as complete pages

Project pages, the request form, its errors and the confirmation all exist in French — written, then reviewed before launch.

  • Project photos, with permission

Photos of finished work appear only with your rights and the owner’s permission — and never with a client’s address.

Questions

Can you show my past projects?

Yes, with photos you hold the rights to and the homeowner’s permission. We don’t present stock photos as your work, and we never show a client’s address.

Do I have to show my RBQ licence on the site?

Under Québec’s Building Act, contractors must show their RBQ licence number on their website and in their advertising. We place the number you confirm, in the format the RBQ asks for.

Will homeowners see prices?

Only if you choose to publish ranges you stand behind. Otherwise the form asks the homeowner for a budget range, which helps you sort requests.

Do you guarantee more projects?

No. We make requests easier to price and we measure them. The volume depends on your market, your reputation and your prices.

Ready for a website customers actually use?

Tell us about your business and the one thing customers should be able to do. We reply with a next step — never a sales sequence.
