What your customers need to do

What property owners check each season.

  • See this season’s services
  • Check you cover their street
  • Request a seasonal quote
  • Know when to sign up
  • Ask about a contract
  • Do it in French or English

Example site

One structure for summer and winter work.

Closest structure: Plomberie Exemple

It is a plumbing demo, but its structure is the one your trade needs: the area you serve, a staged quote form and a clear reply promise. Your site keeps that structure, with your own services, photos and words.

Service area first, an honest emergency line, and a two-step quote form built from the questions asked on the phone.

What we build · Landscaping & snow

Summer, winter and the streets you cover.

  • Winter

Snow removal on the same site

Residential and commercial contracts, what a visit includes and when the season starts — as you define them.

  • Seasonal quote

A quote built around the property

Property type, lot or driveway size, one-time or seasonal, photos — asked in short steps.

  • Service area

    The streets you actually cover

Your area in words, with a note for addresses just outside it.

Four seasons

One site, every season.

One site for the whole year: each season gets its own section, and the page leads with the one you are selling now — you tell us when to switch.

  • Spring cleanup

Lawn and bed cleanup, the first cut, repairs after winter — booked as one-time visits.

  • Summer maintenance

Mowing, trimming and planting on a recurring schedule you set.

  • Fall contracts

Leaf cleanup — and the moment to sign winter contracts, before the first snow.

  • Winter snow removal

Driveways, walkways and lots under seasonal contract, with what triggers a visit stated plainly.

The request form

What a good seasonal quote asks

Enough to price a property without a site visit for the simple cases.

Platforms

Keep your scheduling and route software.

We link your site to them and make each step clearer. We don’t rebuild them, and nothing here implies a partnership with any provider.

We connect

  • Scheduling and route software
  • Your inbox or CRM
  • Online payment for seasonal contracts, if you use it
  • Your Google Business Profile

Québec

French pages, and winter by contract.

  • French, as complete pages

Both seasons, the quote form and its confirmation exist in French — written, then reviewed before launch.

  • Winter is a contract, not a call

Snow removal is usually sold as a seasonal contract signed in the fall. The site opens sign-ups when you are ready and closes them when your routes are full — you set the dates.

Can one site sell both landscaping and snow removal?

Yes. Each season has its own section and its own form questions, and the page leads with the season you are selling. You tell us when to switch.

Can customers sign a snow contract online?

They send a request with what you need to price it. Signing and payment happen in your contract or payment tool — the site links to it if you use one.

Will you show my capacity or schedule?

Only what you can keep true. We don’t publish routes, response times or “spots left” unless you give us real figures and keep them current.

Ready for a website customers actually use?

Tell us about your business and the one thing customers should be able to do. We reply with a next step — never a sales sequence.
