Cleaning services

Clients choose one-time or recurring cleaning and send the size, frequency and access details you need to price it.

What your customers need to do

What clients decide before they ask for a price.

  • Choose home or business
  • Pick one-time or recurring
  • Request a quote
  • Check your area
  • Explain access
  • Do it in French or English

Closest structure: Plomberie Exemple

It is a plumbing demo, but its structure is the one your trade needs: the area you serve, a staged quote form and a clear reply promise. Your site keeps that structure, with your own services, photos and words.

Service area first, an honest emergency line, and a two-step quote form built from the questions asked on the phone.

A Cooblink concept demo with a fictional name — not a client. Its buttons show what would happen; nothing is sent.

What we build · Cleaning

Home or business, once or on a schedule.

  • Services

    Home and business, kept apart

Regular cleaning, move-in and move-out, after renovation — each with what it includes, as you define it.

  • Quote form

    Size, frequency, access

The three things that change your price, asked up front — with pets and supplies as optional questions.

  • Service area

    Where your teams go

Neighbourhoods and towns in words — no “across Canada” you can’t staff.

The request form

What a good cleaning quote asks

The details that decide the price and the crew, before the first visit.

Example formExample
  • Home or business
  • Type of cleaningRegular, move-out, after renovation
  • FrequencyOnce, weekly, every two weeks, monthly
  • Approximate sizeRooms or square feet
  • Location (postal code)
  • Access and timingKeys, alarm, parking, hours
  • Pets on site (optional)

Example only. A request, not a final price or a booked visit.

Platforms

Keep your scheduling and team dispatch.

We link your site to them and make each step clearer. We don’t rebuild them, and nothing here implies a partnership with any provider.

We connect

  • Scheduling and team-dispatch software
  • Online booking for regular clients, if you use it
  • Your inbox or CRM
  • Your Google Business Profile

Québec

French pages, and the June 30 move-outs.

  • French, as complete pages

Services, the quote form, its errors and the confirmation all exist in French — written, then reviewed before launch.

  • June 30 and move-out cleaning

Many Québec leases end on June 30. If you offer move-out cleaning, the form can ask for the date and how flexible it is.

Recommended

Built for one-time and recurring quotes.

Questions

Something else? Write to [email protected].

Can clients book recurring cleaning online?

If your scheduling software offers online booking, we link to it for existing clients. New clients send a request first, so you can price the space.

Can the site say we are insured and bonded?

Only with proof you send us, and in the words your policy uses.

Will you write that our products are green or disinfecting?

Only what you can back with product information. We don’t add health or environmental claims for you.

Ready for a website customers actually use?

Tell us about your business and the one thing customers should be able to do. We reply with a next step — never a sales sequence.
