Do I have to pay every month?
No. A website is a one-time fee. You pay your own domain and any platform subscriptions directly. Content & Care is optional and cancellable with 30 days’ notice.
What does the 90-day warranty cover?
Technical defects in what we built — a broken form, a layout bug, a link that fails. It does not cover new content, menu changes or new features; those are quoted at C$95 an hour, 30-minute minimum.
Do you guarantee rankings, leads or sales?
No. We make your information clearer, consistent and easier for people and search systems to understand, and we make the next step easier to complete. Demand, visibility and how enquiries are handled still matter.
