Stays & experiences

Tour operators & experiences

Visitors pick the right outing, know where to meet and what happens if the weather turns — then book in your system, in French or English.

What your customers need to do

What visitors check before they book an outing.

  • Compare outings
  • See length and level
  • Find the meeting point
  • Read the weather policy
  • Book a departure
  • Choose the language of the outing

Site structure

The pages an outing needs, from choice to meeting point.

There is no concept demo for this industry yet. This is the structure we would start from — your pages, services and words replace it.

  1. Home What you run, where and in which season — and the button into your booking system.
  2. Experiences One page per outing: length, level, group size, what is included and what to bring.
  3. Meeting point The exact place, a map link, parking or transit, and how early to arrive.
  4. Weather & cancellation What happens when it rains, freezes or blows — your policy, before anyone pays.
  5. Groups & private outings Schools, companies, families: a request form, not a fixed price.
  6. Your guides Who leads, in which languages, and the training you can show.

What we build · Tours & experiences

Outings, meeting points and the weather question.

  • Experiences

Each outing on its own page

Half-day paddle, overnight canoe-camping, snowshoe at dusk — length, level, group size and what is included, so the right people book the right outing.

  • Meeting point

    Where to meet, exactly

A street corner, a dock, a trailhead — the exact spot, a map link, parking or transit, and how early to be there.

  • Groups

    Private groups ask first

Schools, teams and family reunions get a request form with their date, size and needs — answered by you, not priced by a widget.

What guests need to know before the button.

Example only. The button opens your existing booking system; nothing here holds a date.

Before you go

  • Meeting point, map link and how early to arrive
  • What to wear and bring, by season
  • Age, fitness or swimming requirements — as you set them
  • What is included: gear, snacks, transport

Departures live in your booking system

The button opens the booking system you already run, with its live departures and payment. A question sent through the site’s form is not a reservation — the confirmation says so, and only your system or your reply confirms a spot.

  • No departures or spots copied onto the site
  • Your weather and cancellation policy before the button
  • No promise of wildlife, snow or sunshine

Four seasons

One site, every season.

Each season changes what you run and what guests should bring. The site says what you offer when — and what happens if the weather does not cooperate.

  • Thaw and opening

High water, muddy trails and the date each outing starts again.

  • Busy season

Sun, bugs and heat: what to bring, and how your system handles full departures.

  • Shoulder season

Shorter days, colder water, fewer departures — said before guests book.

  • Cold-weather outings

Layers, your cold limits and the call you make when it is too cold or the ice is not ready.

Platforms

Keep the booking system that holds your departures.

We link your site to them and make each step clearer. We don’t rebuild them, and nothing here implies a partnership with any provider.

We connect

  • Online booking and ticketing systems for tours
  • Waiver and registration tools, if you use them
  • Your Google Business Profile
  • Maps and directions links

Québec

Two languages on the same trail.

  • French, as complete pages

Outing pages, the weather policy, the booking button and its confirmation all exist in French — written, then reviewed before launch.

  • Who guides, in which language

Many visitors choose an outing by its language. Each departure can say whether it runs in French, English or both — only what your guides confirm.

  • Permits and training you can show

If your outings run under a permit or require a certification, the site names it only with the document in hand. We don’t guess which rules apply to you — that is for you and the authority concerned to confirm.

Questions

Straight answers.

Something else? Write to [email protected].

What do you write about weather cancellations?

Your policy, in your words: who decides, by when guests hear, and whether they get a new date, a credit or a refund. We don’t write a policy for you.

Can people book directly on the site?

They book in the system you already run, the one that knows how many spots are left. The site explains the outing and takes them there in one tap.

Can you show reviews from visitors?

We link to your real reviews where they already are. We don’t copy, edit or invent them, and we don’t show a star average we can’t keep current.

Will this sell out my departures?

We can’t promise sales. We make the path to your booking system clearer and measure the clicks and questions, so you can see what the site actually does.
