Shops & dépanneurs

People see whether you’re open right now, what you carry and how to get there — before they leave home.

What we build · Shops & dépanneurs

What’s in store, and how to get there.

  • What’s in store

    Categories, not a catalogue

What you carry and what you’re known for — without stock levels nobody will keep up to date.

  • Highlights

    A short highlights block

Local products, seasonal items, services you offer — a few lines you can keep true.

  • Directions

    One tap to directions

The address, the nearest corner and transit, linked to the map app on the visitor’s phone.

Open now

Hours people can trust.

Open now · until 11 p.m.Example

Hours checked by the owner on October 14

In store

  • Groceries
  • Coffee
  • Fresh bread
  • Household
  • Local products
  • “Open now” is worked out from the hours you confirm
  • The last-checked date says when you confirmed them
  • Holiday hours get their own line
  • Categories instead of stock levels nobody can keep current

Platforms

Keep your map listings and delivery apps.

We link your site to them and make each step clearer. We don’t rebuild them, and nothing here implies a partnership with any provider.

We connect

  • Your Google Business Profile
  • Other map listings you control
  • Delivery apps, if you use them
  • Your online shop, if you have one

Québec

Holiday hours people can rely on.

  • French, as complete pages

Hours, categories, directions and the correction form all exist in French — written, then reviewed before launch.

  • Holiday hours

June 24, July 1, Labour Day and the end-of-year holidays change your hours. Special hours get their own line on the site, checked against your Google Business Profile at launch.

Can you show my stock or prices online?

We show categories and highlights. Live stock and full price lists need someone to keep them current, so we add them only if that person exists. A full online store is a different project.

What happens when my hours change?

Tell us and we update the site and its last-checked date — billed by the hour, or covered by Content & Care. Update your Google Business Profile the same day so both agree.

Do I need online ordering?

Not necessarily. Many shops only need hours, directions and a phone number that work. If you already use a delivery or ordering app, we link to it.

Ready for a website customers actually use?

Tell us about your business and the one thing customers should be able to do. We reply with a next step — never a sales sequence.
