Menus & bookings

Restaurants, cafés & venues

Concept demoBistro Exemple

Tonight’s hours, a menu you can read on a phone, and one button into the booking system the restaurant already pays for.

A Cooblink concept demo with a fictional name — not a client. Its buttons show what would happen; nothing is sent.

What we build · Restaurants & cafés

The menu, the booking button and the group request.

  • Menu

A menu that reads on a phone

Real text, not a PDF: dishes, the table d’hôte and the allergens you confirm, in both languages.

  • Bookings

One button into your booking platform

Reservations stay in the tool you already pay for. Every page leads to it, in French and English.

  • Groups

    Groups and private events

A short request — date, guests, occasion — that reaches your inbox. A request, not a confirmed booking.

Private events

A private-event request, kept short

Five questions answer most of what you ask on the phone. Reservations themselves stay in your platform.

Example formExample
  • Date
  • Number of guests
  • OccasionBirthday, team dinner, buyout…
  • Name and contact
  • Budget range (optional)

Example only. On your site it sends a request to your inbox — nothing is booked until you reply.

Platforms

Keep your booking and ordering platforms.

We link your site to them and make each step clearer. We don’t rebuild them, and nothing here implies a partnership with any provider.

We connect

  • Reservation platforms
  • Online ordering and delivery apps
  • Gift card and loyalty tools
  • Your Google Business Profile
  • The social profiles you manage

Québec

A French menu, and holiday hours that hold.

  • French, as complete pages

The menu, the booking button, the group form and its confirmation all exist in French — written, then reviewed before launch. English is complete too.

  • Holiday hours

June 24, July 1, Labour Day and the end-of-year holidays change your hours. Special hours get their own line on the site, checked against your Google Business Profile at launch.

Will you replace my reservation or ordering system?

No. The site links into the platform you already use, and bookings and orders stay there. Changing platforms is a separate decision, scoped in writing first.

Can the menu change every week?

Yes, but someone has to make the change. The menu is real text, so an update is quick: you send it, and it is billed by the hour or covered by Content & Care. A short menu that stays true beats a long one nobody updates.

Do you add reviews or ratings to the site?

We never write, buy or invent reviews. The site can link to where your real reviews already are.

Will this bring in more customers?

We can’t promise traffic or covers. We make the path clear — hours, menu, booking — and measure calls, directions and booking clicks, so you can see what people actually do.

Ready for a website customers actually use?

Tell us about your business and the one thing customers should be able to do. We reply with a next step — never a sales sequence.
